HFI announces key management and advisory appointments
Hugh Fraser International has announced a number of key new appointments to strengthen its management structure and the range and depth of skillset within its team.
The appointment of former Vetco International General Counsel, Alex Bakhshov, as UAE Managing Partner, has been followed in July by the appointments of Calgarian, Sid Mose, President, Business Advisory Services (International) Ltd., as strategy & business performance advisor, Aberdeen-based Simpson Forsyth as financial advisors and Cairo-based Waleed Geassa as MENA oil and gas sector technical advisor. Sid is the former Vice President, Business Development at Enerflex and Waleed is the former North Africa regional manager for Baker Hughes.
Commenting on the appointments Hugh Fraser stated: "We have always positioned HFI as a specialist consultancy focussed on the internationalisation of companies built on energy sector technology and know-how into and within the MENA region. We have always recognised this requires not just solid, proactive and solutions orientated legal expertise and experience but also commercial, financial and technical expertise lined up alongside it. Through this holistic approach to internationalisation skills and experience, and combining the international networks and connections of our team, we aim to be an integral part of our clients’ competitive edge. I am sure that Alex, Sid, Waleed and Simpson Forsyth will play a major role for HFI and our clients".
